"Breath of fresh air"

Very impressed with the service from Frazer, of IQ Mobile. Professional and efficient, I transferred over two lines on my mobile quickly and without stress. Good value too. It's refreshing to deal with a mobile provider with a human being on hand.

"Brilliant"

Right from the start IQ mobile have been brilliant. Sim arrived on time, easy to get started and great coverage. The wi-fi calling function is brilliant, I now never miss a call. Frazier was very helpful when I had a query. I can highly recommend them.

"Just outstanding!!"

I moved from O2 due to poor customer service and worse mobile service. I did a bit of market research and settled on IQ mobile, which turned out to be an excellent choice. From the very beginning their customer service and support has been outstanding, my eSIM package is unbelievable value for money and I’m now getting full 5G coverage instead of the intermittent 4 G I’d become used to. Highly recommended!

"Fantastic customer service and product"

We did a lot of research on mobile wifi before going ahead with IQ and there were lots of reviews about how good their customer service is. It is second to none! They are so responsive - Frazer has helped me over the last six months with keeping online whilst in different countries and I cannot believe how detailed they are. Frazer even phoned me directly to let me know I still had data to use before buying another bolt on. Its a brilliant option, you won't regret it.

"Simple and Easy."

Great price, clear easy to use website, nothing too fancy. eSIM easy to set up. Had an issue with data, which was solved within a few minutes via WhatsApp. Straight answer from a helpful human, no chat bot! Fully Recommend

This company and communication skills exceeded my expectations, always helpful and friendly.
Awesome help and support throughout on WhatsApp messages with help from Peter and Frazer,a massive thank you for your help and support throughout.

"75% reduction in EU data allowance"

Bought annual sub for 100GB top-ups in Europe. Upon first use all was working great and would have given 5 stars but whilst away IQ changed the terms and reduced this to 25 GB.
Already have a better priced UK SIM package we use so feel this has been mis-sold. Like others, would not have bought if we had known they could not honour the terms offered when purchased the 12 month sub.

"No good, find another company"

No good, find another company.

Used last year paid £20 for the yearly SIM usage and a further £20 for a month of data - 100GB, it worked well so purchased this year to work while travelling europe. Paid an additional £20 for the annual SIM usage and £20 for first moths data, connection has been very poor this year everywhere and when showing full reception the speeds have not been anywhere near advertised, been struggling to load email, contacted company but 2 weeks later and heard nothing. Got an email today explaining that the 100gb is being cut to 25gb before my agreed data bundle even expires. I'll be submitting a claim for a refund. There are other companies that offer a far better service, avoid this one!

"Very disappointed"

Very disappointed - only just bought the SIM and they have now reduced the roaming allowance to 25GB from 100GB. In my view, as there is an annual fee, the terms should remain until renewal. If I had known this would happen, I would have gone with another provider.
