"The dog acts like he is a puppy mill…"

The dog acts like he is a puppy mill dog. He is afraid of human contact he runs away when you call him and have to chase him down and h then goes flat on the ground and you have to struggle to pick him up. He also refuses to go to the bathroom outside even though we take him outside with our other dogs. The dog food they sent he refused to eat, so we gave him the food we purchased from Stella and Chewy's which he eats very well. He gets along with our other 3 dogs quite well. I think you need to evaluate the breeders as what conditions do they use to raise puppies?

I paid for the puppy over $4000 when the breeder was selling the same puppy in their website for $1850 .
I couldn’t believe it!! And I had to pick her up from the breeder you didn’t even had the puppy!! So what the hell a paid extra $2000 for. I was told oh the life warranty but I had to be pushed to get one of your health insurance for it. Really so I’m not getting anything in the end. I just couldn’t believe it you can scam people like this .
I will not stop at this until I make sure everyone knows it . Including BBB

The whole experience from the start went smooth. The communication was great and made the whole process easier. Richard and Ryan were our drivers, and they did an awesome job taking care of our puppy and letting us know how the puppy's travels were. We were very pleased.

I contacted the company in search of bringing a new addition to our home. I received a call from a woman named Gina following the online inquire. I expressed not understanding the process for travel, as we are in another state. I shared that I am not entirely comfortable not having all the details, and wanted to know more. Her immediate response was that if I wasn't comfortable I should go with another company. I explained that I simply wasn't familiar with where and how the puppy would travel, and she responded, "Well have you ever ridden on an airplane? it's just like that, you don't die" She was beyond condescending with a mocking tone and dismissive of me. I became aware there seemingly was a phone connection issue, I imagine there was a delay on the line which made communication difficult already, to add to her rudeness.

The response explanation she gave was beyond bizarre. I asked if she would explain it further as I've never traveled with a pet. She said she would email and I could do my own further research. I asked if there is any information she would be willing to help provide while on the call about any potential health risks, other than "you don't die"

Very strange way to treat customers. I hope they treat the animals much better.
