"Ear mites"

PuppySpot came through on their end of the deal; our handsome Labradoodle came to us safely and is everything we hoped for. The only issue we have had is that his ears are full of ear mites and yeast. Our Vet kept asking us pointed questions about puppy mills and his living conditions prior to our receiving him. He is feeling better now that he's on medication.

Puppy spot found an incredible breeder for us to obtain our sheepadoodle. It was a beautiful farm and the breeder was very down to earth and informative. Our dogs was clean and very loving and sweet. It’s obvious she was raised by very caring and loving people. Very efficient operation. They really cared to transition the dog as smoothly and comfortably as possible.

We loved working with puppy spot! I'll admit, with all of the online scams that exist, we were slightly skeptical, but I am so glad we trusted them! They were amazingly responsive, thorough, and dependable. As an organization, they hold their breeders to high standards and offer excellent support to customers. This was not our first puppy, but for first time puppy parents, they do an excellent job making sure that you are prepared and ready for your new fur buddy.

My one and only complaint was the inaccurate customer service hours - Saying they are available until midnight EST. I spent 45 minutes on the phone waiting for a representative around 8pm that was never going to answer. When I called during business hours, it was MUCH better!
