PuppySpot was so informative about our prospective puppy’s parents when I called to learn more about her, and while we were unsure about buying a puppy without getting to meet her first, we decided to trust the process. The breeder was amazing at keeping Miss Skye’s pictures updated until she was ready to come home with the help of Premier Pet Transport. Our driver Chuck was fabulous! He arrived at the meeting location early, and he had our baby all ready and waiting for us after we used the restroom at Lowe’s where Chuck met us. She came with so much helpful paperwork, and we could tell that she was very well loved by the breeder’s family. She is the sweetest mini Bernedoodle with so many kisses and cuddles between her and our two kids. We couldn’t be happier with her, with Chuck’s careful transport to get her from Indiana to Colorado, with the breeder, and with PuppySpot’s helpful customer service. We’re glad we decided to trust the process, because our lives are filled with so much more love and joy as a result. Skye turns 1 tomorrow, so we’re very excited to celebrate the newest addition to our family! Thank you to everyone involved in bringing this sweet fur baby into our lives!!!

"Great way to find a pup, but transport was a problem"

UPDATE (4/20/25): A few days after I got my puppy, he started sneezing and had nasal congestion. My vet diagnosed him with kennel cough, most likely as a result of being around 16 other dogs in the transport. I contacted PuppySpot, and they honored their Health Commitment by covering my puppy's medical costs. Overall, I am quite satisfied with PuppySpot's customer service. My only suggestion is that for those who have the means, have your pup flown to you, or go and pick it up yourself.

I was very happy to find my puppy, which would have been difficult without PuppySpot since I wanted a specific breed, color, and age. However, I found it very difficult to discuss my questions with the breeder until the morning I got my puppy. The biggest issue though was the fact that he had been driven in a van for two full days and had to pee and poop in his crate, which really set back his housetraining. I would have flown him instead, but I didn't know that was an option. So 5 stars for helping me find exactly what I wanted, but 1 star for the transportation.
