"Disappointing delivery"
Disappointing delivery, was told item would be with me 3-5 days, when I phoned up to check on progress 2 days after ordering,I was told it hadn't been processed. I was then told it would be with me by the end of the week, I was told on the due delivery day that 1 of the 3 pallets had gone missing, almost a week later the deliver was made. Very frustrating having to rearrange builders etc.

So happy with my sandstone, delivery was on time etc however,
maybe need to put the sandstone on stronger pallets for delivery as they weren’t strong enough and a few broke, ending up with delivery guy taking them away and adding a stronger one so he could upload it off the lorry, otherwise all good and happy 😊
