"Fabulous paving"

Posting a review was the most difficult part! The ordering was easy, the delivery was superb with the friendliest of delivery drivers. The paving is 5 star. The breakages, which our landscaper had advised were to be expected, were so minimal they could be disregarded. The mix was superb and the price unbeatable. Cannot recommend too highly

"Inferior product and poor customer service"

Absolutely shocking product (Kandala smooth) and customer service. The tiles, as soon as l laid, have a permanent mottled appearance that destroys the whole look. I have been told that this will disappear with time, it has not. I have been told it is due the residue from the grout and to use a specific product, this will resolve it, it does not. I have been told that it the something to do with products person who installed it and they have never had any issues with this tile before, yet even the pictures on their website show exactly the same problem. I have emailed and phoned the manager on several occasions and had no response. I have spoken their so-called technical expert who simply states they are not responsible, even when I highlight that the issues I am facing, which he denies are an issue with the tile, is evedent in photographs on their website. I strongly recommend you do not shop here. I have a patio that looks awful, and the manager ignores my calls and emails.

still waiting 3 weeks for a refund/credit note or exchange. No replies to emails and fobbed off with excuses on the phone. They dont care about their customers anymore - even them that helped them gro...

There was a problem with the initial delivery but one email to the company and all resolved. Paving is excellent and would buy again.

I ordered the wrong pavers for my driveway, my mistake NOT theirs.
BGP swapped out the pavers with no quibble, excellent customer service.
