"A wrong address in London (we live in Southampton)"

Our order was initially delivered to the wrong address, and when it did arrive, late, the tiles were not cut straight. They even had an X on the back indicating that this had already been noticed prior to sending.
We called every day for a week with the 'manager' the only person who could help but he was never available and never called back. We had to make alternative arrangements (our landscaper could just sit around and wait for their reply) and we never heard back. Terrible Company selling Terrible Product and ZERO customer service.

Been waiting for refund,been told by a rude lady in the phone i have had it but clearly by my bank i have not.please dont use this company as they charge for delivery and then turn up when they like and dont refund u the money u paid for a sat delivery.will update every 2 days til i get it back

No issues with the product. The black Limestones were lovely. However, the delivery driver just dumped them on the pavement, fully blocking public access along the pavement (which is illegal I believe). Moreover he didn’t tell anyone he was doing it or ask where to put them on the drive even though the property owners were in the property and 2 builders were present working on the drive. This meant the builders then had to spend the afternoon moving all the slabs instead of other necessary ground work. It also took a week for delivery.

Really happy with slabs provided and delivery was very quick. I paid an extra £15 for next day delivery as I needed them quickly.
