They do not deliver on time, they sent the wrong items and gave us hard time to replace it. Their drivers are not insured to go into driveways so they do kerb delivery and it’s your problem to move thousands of heavy bricks.

I paid for 3 samples to see the variation in colour. Only 1 arrived. It’s been almost 2 weeks since I sent an email and I haven’t heard anything. Won’t be making a large order now.

Ordered two pallets worth of slabs and driveway blocks the Monday for delivery the following week (Tuesday).

On the Friday afternoon get a call saying that before dispatch they had checked my address on Google maps and they didn’t think a lorry would get up the road. We explained we’d had many lorries deliver to us over the last 18 months as the house had been fully build, on this we were told they would check with the courier but the answer would unlikely change. An hour later we were called and told that they can’t deliver to that address, at this point we asked for a refund. The answer was so you not have an alternative delivery address, not fancying having to try and move two pallets ourselves we declined this and took the refund. Luckily we managed to find alternative items for a similar price that delivered direct to us with no problem on the original delivery day as we had workmen starting!
