After spend quite a lot of money for my slabs once we unwrapped the crates the part crate 3 large slabs were broken beyond use. 2x 900x600 and a 600x600. I am not a trader and the company refuse to send replacements because they did not secure the part pallet correctly. Will not be using again

Good communication. Very easy to order. Post took several days but I had an email immediately after I enquired saying that the sample I'd ordered had been dispatched.
The sample i ordered was excellent quality and I so wish I had ordered a sample of tile before I bought some dreadful quality porcelain from a local supplier costing me £2500 plus cost to lay them totalled £7000.
I am unable to mow my lawns or do any planting without having to jetwash afterwards. The sample tile I received was such good quality and very easy to clean with water.

Incomplete order received, have tried for six days via phone email and voice message to contact the company with no response. Only phone number. The answers is sales but they are unable to help, despite promises of calls back. Nothing has materialised. Very very disappointed with customer service.
