Paving arrived on time. Not yet unpacked but it appears to be in good condition. Looking forward to it being laid next week to then form a view on how it looks.

The delivery was dumped on the road and left as there was only a manual pallet truck to offload my delivery. You would think delivering orders of this size/weight daily that you would at least have the equipment to drop into the property.

Only took me 5 trips back and forth with a wheel barrow after work. Thanks.

Really impressed with the service from start to finish. From ordering the sample to the delivery of 2 full packs of large porcelain tiles. Can't fault the packing of the two full pallets of tiles. More wrapping and protection than a present prepped for a game of pass the parcel 🤗. Each tile also wrapped in its own cardboard. Think most bad reviews are from split packs but most tile places advise you to order full rather than split due to the chance of damage

Ordered some setts. Delivery was on a pallet and the delivery box showed serious signs of wear. We were a bit put off but accepted delivery nonetheless.

On opening the majority of the cobble setts were chipped on the edges. The sample (when we requested it a second time as the first never arrived) was pristine. How strange ...
