"Ordered sample"

Ordered sample, no follow up. Emailed customer service and they say they will send again. Nothing came up. Emailed again and asked for refund, no one respond!!

Ordered a sample weeks ago and despite 3 emails no response, was ready to make a £1000 order, no chance now.

"Disappointing after sales service"

Bought a split pack of 20 900x600 porcelain tiles from this company. No problem with the service and they were delivered the following week. I ordered exactly what I required for the project as there was no tile cutting needed. The top 19 tiles were fine but when we got to the last one it was completely shattered. I sent a photo of the damage to the company expecting that they would replace the broken tile. However I was advised that under their T&Cs this was not the case. The best they could offer was for me to order 3 or 4 more tiles (when only 1 was required) and they would not take any responsibility for these tiles to be delivered intact! All this would be at a cost of nearly 40% of my original order which is completely outrageous!

Great communication and great quality slabs. Only thing to be mindful is you need to check the slabs asap and they wont offer replacements unless there is more than 10% breakages.

Couldn't fault the service and or the product, our landscapes said they were good to work with.

Brilliant!! Tiles were as they were shown in photos, delivered on time with a helpful delivery driver and only one tile broken! Each tile boxed and protectors on corners. Really impressed ill be recommending you to everyone!

The whole process was seamless. The price was amazing and the delivery driver was so good. I was expecting them to be delivered on the end of drive and then have to move them by hand but the driver was brilliant and put them down the bottom, saving me hours of heavy work. I will be recommending them for service and price.
