Slabs that were in tack when received were lovely, however, we received a number of them broken. 3 weeks on from receipt and emailing images to the company, no-one has still looked at our email with regards to the issue. Further to 3 calls chasing up the issue we have been told that they a short staffed and will get to it eventually. The poor staff sound stressed and the aftersales service is absolutely appalling. I expect to be ringing again next week to receive the same response. I suggest that anyone ordering paving... there is a good chance you will receive cracked slabs, therefore, make sure you order plenty, because you may not get your job finished within many months if you have to wait for replacements.

"Great product but poor packing"

The flags were delivered on the date I requested. There were 3 pallets - one with the setts was a half pallet and OK. The other 2 had been loaded on to a second pallet as the originals from the Buygardenpaving were split due to the weight and in danger of toppling over even with the additional pallet. Fortunately the driver navigated with great difficulty and deposit against a wall for safety.

Staff weren’t very helpful when tried to book next day delivery and website would allow me to book it.
Description says 40+ thickness…..
9sqm are 60mm plus…. Making it difficult to lay.

They don’t answer the phone and recorded message cuts you off.

Would I buy from them again ?? NO !!!!

Great products, the pallet was a bit damaged by the haulage company so some of the slabs were chipped. I bought some more and they delivered them the next day, and refunded me for the ones i couldnt use. Very good service, i have used before and will use again
