"Poor quality slabs"

I bought grey kendla paving slabs and there were black marks at the edges of some tiles and it does not look good on the patio
I emailed your company about it and no one got back to me.I tried calling and kept in the queue for a long time so I gave up. I feel disappointed about the product and customer service .

never received the sample, called up to get a new one and they said that was on the way - also never materialised. Don’t know how they’re operating as surely people will never spend thousands without first having a sample?

Products are of very poor quality. Most are damaged, and of varying size.
Customer service is poor. Not taking ownership. Treating you like you have done something. Not recognising the knock on effect of their part.
