Terrible experience from start to finish. My sister had made an appointment for 2pm to view a Discovery, and when we arrived we were told to have a look around upstairs and someone would be up to assist us. After 30 minutes, no one had turned up, so I went back to reception to enquire. The ladies at reception were helpful (possibly the only positive in this showroom), and called the sales manager who was supposed to be assisting. The sales manager arrived to reception and did not even acknowledge me, and instead asked reception who he was supposed to be helping - clearly it was me as I was the only person at reception. As we were walking upstairs to meet with my sister who was hoping to buy a car, he barely greeted me and instead walked with me on his phone which is incredibly rude and unprofessional. When he greeted my sister (greeted being an overstatement), there was no apology for leaving us waiting for 30 minutes, my sister enquired about the possibility of a negotiation for a Jaguar F Pace instead of the Discovery she initially enquired about. He completely shut this down and said no negotiations were to be made, without suggesting alternatives or any other assistance. The way we were treated was despicable and without an ounce of respect for our time or money. My sister is someone who buys a new car every year, so not only have they lost a sale today, but every year in the future. The only positive today is that we saved £30k. My recommendation would be, if you would like to leave with a nice car, feeling respected and treated with dignity, shop elsewhere.

"Terrible company"

Terrible company. They tried to charge me a admin fee of £299 to change the log book into my name and tax the car which takes literally two minutes on any smartphone. They did knock it off when I refused to pay it. When I turned up to pick the car up it had damage all down one side and only one key. I then had to wait 10 days for my deposit back. Avoid at all costs
