We were impressed with the service we received from Saxton4x4. We initially had reserved a vehicle following a test drive, but was later made aware of some mechanical issues by our Sales Representative (Cali) as the car was having it's pre-check; so a huge credit to the mechanics as this would've been far more problematic had we moved forward with that car.

We ended up test driving a similar model within a few days, and we were impressed with the efficiency and flexibility in getting that booked in. We did notice a few scratches on the bodywork and Alloys which we made Cali aware of, and he reassured us that these would not be visible on collection which I admittedly was sceptical of. However, upon collection of the car the same week, they were all completely removed. Following inspection of the car, the document handover process with Jenna was professional and reassuring.

We would buy from Saxton4x4 again.

Probably one of the worst experiences I have ever come accross. Do not give a car deposit to these people. Our circumstances changed and had to cancel our car reservation. We cancelled within the 48 hours for a full refund - they could not give confirmation of this to me and were very reluctant to acomodate. Every time I called I was mugged off and a manager was never available to speak to.

Absolute nightmate trying to get our deposit back dispite cancelling in time. They tried to take a £300 admin fee even though we cancelled in the morning and this infomation was not conveniently processed in time. Appears to be no system or team member who can process these requests, felt like they were doing it on purpose to take a
ridiculous high admin fee. We eventually got our deposit back after 10 days, several requests to speak to a manager, no one ever called us back! Awful customer service, avoid.
