Christian gave me all the information I needed and even told the answer I wanted to ask in the next email. I hope all the technical support people work like Christian, the way Christian helped us was in a very efficient way.

Da mesi ho un DDNS che con alcuni provider è associato ad un IP diverso, con tutto quello che ne cosnegue.
Ho l'abbonamento a pagamento e ho verificato più volte la corretta associazione sul firewall.
Ho anche adeguato l'account con l'autenticazione a due fattori.
Apro un ticket per segnalare il problema e mi rispondono che l'host DDNS segnalato non esiste. Questo senza nemmeno verificare sul mio account gli HOST DDNS attivati.
