I purchased a bracelet for my partner. It came in a beautiful gift box and had a nice leather style pouch to put it in. Everything was wrapped nicely. I highly recommend buying from them! I even received an email thanking me for the purchase.
I will definitely buy from them again.
Also the bracelet was high quality and definitely worth the price. My partner was so happy with it.

The worst company ever and I will never do buisness with another company outside of the U.S. again. I never received my ring. I have tried multiple times for months and never got a response or any help. This started in August!! Don't order from them. They are a total scam!

Product faulty and got this with a lifetime guarantee. Tried to contact LFY regarding this through Social Media platforms as website is no longer active and still no contact back from them. Do get the impression they've gone bust. Very disappointing- avoid.

took over 4 months to receive my chain. refused to give a refund when I asked. still haven’t received my other order and they have stopped replying meaning they took our money and never even shipped our order. there are no words to describe how terrible this company and service is.

I did not want to say anything bad, because Gordon was really cool with me, and he seems like a really nice guy, but I have to be honest, I ordered jewelry on lfy and it took really long to arrive, which I understand because of the whole covid 19 things, but they arrived, the jewelry is top quality, and really beautiful, well made, I do not regret buying, but the customer service sucks, nobody helps, nobody answers, so to be honest if you are looking for quality jewelry at an affordable price, lfy is the place to be, but if you want (fast responding customer service , help, or anything that has to do with contacting them) forget it, it will be a real pain in the ass and a very long wait......

My first order with this company.
I ordered a bracelet which arrived faulty, I contacted the seller by sending numerous messages via email and Instagram as I wanted to return the item for a refund but the seller has been ignoring all correspondence.
I AM BASICALLY STUCK WITH A FAULTY ITEM AND CAN'T GET MY MONEY BACK 😩 £105 gone just like that!!
I have already made contact with my solicitor to take legal action as this completely out of order!
