After several years of looking for a German Specialist dealership, my friend Highly recommended SCS for the perfect car valued at the perfect price. Really reluctant to travel the breadth of the country just incase but Wow what an amazing all round service from The Owner and everyone that worked there. I wasn't fussy about the Make, believe it or not, I just wanted a German Manufacturer, with low miles and highly maintained. Years of scouring through autotrader, time wasters on marketplace, I don't know why I wasn't steered towards SCS from the outset. Thank you so much for offering to pick me up from the Train station, the hospitality and for My Head Turning Mercedes E class....I know where I'm coming in for my next car ...Much appreciated Guys!!!

AVOID APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Got a car with multiple faults from this company and was advised to claim on RAC warranty. Issues with gearbox, burnt oil and water coolant a very fast rate due to issues with vehicle (to name a few) ..yet still denied there was problem with the car!! Told to “choose words carefully when speaking to RAC warranty” (lie) so they didn’t suggest pre existing problem.

Took to independent garage (RAC) approved who confirmed there was at least £1800 pound of work that needed doing (“possibly more after inspection”) and “number of issues not covered by warranty”

After I again advised SCS of the issues by email the call that followed was simply appalling. I was abused on the phone by a staff member who refused to accept there was an issue with the car. Called stupid and told that I did not know what I was talking about. Refused to let me speak and was very rude. Thankfully, I recorded the entire call.

RAC approved garage advised “multiple fault codes on road tests” Also advised despite seller saying otherwise that it was IMPOSSIBLE that any service had been done on the car. So they lied about that too.

No doubt they sell some decent cars. But BE WARNED if anything goes wrong you WILL NOT BE IN GOOD HANDS! VERY ABUSIVE CALLS FOLLOWED.

I have never experienced anything quite like the call I had from their employee. Truly appalling behaviour.

Never got an apology even after proof I was right from third party approved garage confirmed major faults.

Spend your hard earned money somewhere that deserves your business!

I bought a car REG PX14 RANGE R . the car had dodgy mot which they put on with no advisory for there gain From there mates PUTING YOUR LIFES AT RISK @ OVERS stated it as had a rac 82 point 👉 check . I have asked copy of the report nothing LIE I payed £20000 FOR THE CAR in less than a 1000 miles the light came on brake pads I took it to KWICK FIT they check the car all discs was well corrided and pads and broken caliper no way should of passed mot . They blame kwick fit braking caliper motor In no way they did . They even said kwick fit put in writing to them they broke it I ask for copy nothing another LIE I spoken to KWICK FIT and no way had any communication with them. I have it in ✍️ from KWICK FIT . The car had over faults gearbox jumping in first and engine noice suspension fault ect took it down to scs to try to get it sorted they offered me and old dirty car . I refused they laugh 😃 and said we don't have to lend you car there were ARGUNT @ offered another car the same I refused so I had to take a trip down to there garage on the day agreed. They did the back discs and caliper motor .they even said they will pay for the front discs and pads which kwick fit fitted LIE NOTHING Regarding the engine noice they stated they could live with it I stated no way it was bad and the gearbox they stated they have done a diagnostic test on the day there is nothing wrong . And I was trying to get a new gearbox like the discs which was well corrided and there Garage even damaged the door card and trim. And no way car should have passed a mot in this state. After leaving there garage on the way home engine light came on restricted and suspension fault . I rang and they stated would ring me next day nothing so I rang them nothing sent tex to them nothing they sent me an email saying nothing wrong with gearbox ect . So took my car to get a diagnostic test . There was a fault with the gearbox and suspension and blocket cataytic converter and in no way should of passed mot in that state and over faults showing interment with all codes So I emailed them on there lies I even given the chance to take the car back so I can replace it they stated I will lose a lot of money they offered me £9000 DISPITE PAYING £20000 THATS A LOSS OF £11000 IN 2 MONTHS . I HAVE ASKED FOR THE RAC REPORT AND THERE SO CALLED DINOSTIC REPORT NOTHING I HAVE SUPPORT MY EVIDENCE LOOK AT MY PICS ON GOOGLE AND LOOK AT OVERS PEOPLES BAD FEEDBACK. There selling cars Knowing work needs doing @ ignoring to do the repairs Lots of there cars are high mileage and well over priced and for you to end up spending THOUSANDS To get the work done as stated RAC DOES NOT COVER WEAR @ TEAR AND THEY NO THAT . DONT FALL VICTIM EVER MONTH CAR PRICES FALL THIS COMPANY DOES NOT REDUCE IN LINE . I HAD TO SELL MY CAR AS A LOSS OF £10000 POUNDS I have bought a car from a main dealer. Don't fall victim to dont give them your money. All evidence and people's bad feedback and supporting reports I have now . Will be sent to all departments. AS This company should not be allowed to trade I will leave no stone unturned. As I will not let anyone else get stung by these COWBOYS buyers be aware walk away . RAC SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED ON ALLOWING THIS COMPANY SELLING THERE WARRANTYS they are misleading advertising cars stating boasting a huge specification with £ of desirable options. Most cars come with factory upgrades. also most of there alloys are not genuine bmw they are replica. Same with the body kit they do this to make there cars more sale able . Don't fall victim. Dispite selling most of there cars needing work doing don't fall victim all evidence on goggle on there lies .

Just an update got a review it's took you 7 months to put a defence together which I carnt stop 😃 state that you did a scan 7 times tank empty in 4 weeks and advice me it could block pdf .and I was struggling to run it Lie car part exchange was 3 series not 2 lie again I used 5 credit card interest free not 8 another lie nothing to do with you . Further more you stated kwick fit spoke to you stating they broke caliper another LIE have letter from kwick fit never spoken to you .
