"Very bad company"
Very bad company. Pay a little more and go to another company. They sold me a car with safety problems , brakes binding and oil leaks from shock absorbers and control arms when the car passed MOT on 28th September 2023 and I took delivery on the 14th November 2023. I will be reporting them to the trading standards for selling me a dangerous vehicle. This is totally unacceptable and they should be stopped from trading.

"Audi RS6 purchase"
Searched high and low for the ideal Audi RS6 and landed at Signature Car Specialists after already viewing 7 cars. Keeping a long story short, the car they had was truly ideal and an hour later I was driving away in it! I am a pretty fussy chap when it comes to cars, but was refreshing to see, these guys were more fussier than me in terms of what they stock. Genuinely a pleasure and credit to the dedicated team at SCS.

I am giving it 1 star because visually the car is a nice looking car. That's where the positive feedback ends.
From the minute I dropped the delivery driver off to the train station I've had problems with the car and the shocking customer service from the dealer.
Within 1 minute of driving away an engine light came on in the car. Not what you expect after paying £18495 + £200 delivery costs and an RAC safety check & platinum warranty. The dealer initially seemed helpful they booked me into a local garage who couldn't see me until 2 weeks time. The car ended up having to go to Mercedes which was booked in a few days later who then advise me my brakes pads were 3mm which is below what the RAC safety check should allow. I made the dealer aware this is unacceptable after owning the car for such a short time and they ignored my emails. Then a few weeks later another engine light comes up so back to a 3rd garage who now confirm the brakes are at 1mm so no choice but to replace the pads and discs to keep my children safe. I submitted a report from the garage with photos of the pads and brakes to the RAC dispute team to complain and the dealer is refusing to compensate me and the RAC are useless. If you think you have peace of mind with an RAC approved car and warranty. THINK AGAIN.
Shocking customer service Signature Cars and clearly in house/ dodgy MOTs! Avoid avoid avoid.

I have recently purchased my new car( 335d) from this dealership, and there is only one word to describe it, mint. The exterior, interior and mechanical side of the car is perfect. This was but far the easiest purchase I have made, due to past experiences when buying a car I expected a long and hard process when buying the car yet I was treated respectfully and the process was suprisingly very quick and easy. I would definitely be buying more cars in the future from this dealership and would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone.

"Dodgy dealer! Recommendation: AVOID!"
Dodgy dealer, even tried to blackmail me upon (paid) receipt of the car!
All sweetness, until we discovered a major, non-advertised and never mentioned huge scratch all over the rear windscreen. At that point, and given that we arranged a pick up on arrival by airplane, the so-called dealer tried to blackmail us into not complaining! However, by then we already paid and got the papers.
Within days, the car showed a serious oil leak. Following the RAC warranty procedure, I took it to Audi who discovered that whoever did the service incompetently used two washers instead of one. Also, despite the car being advertised as fully and newly serviced, they discovered that the brake fluid hadn't been changed.
RAC refused responsibility and blamed it on the dealer. The so-called dealer claims that they should have been contacted (not RAC procedure at all) and denies any responsibility, as usual. They even laughably threatened to sue for giving them bad, factual marks in an invitational RAC survey! Hence, I doubt that even most of the reviews here are real and not left under threat of supposedly legal action.
Either way, there is zero trust here, they have broken it every single time. Based on our personal experience, there is only one recommendation we can give: AVOID AT ALL COST!
PS: The "response" below is utter rubbish, of course, only confirming these are indeed DODGY DEALERS. Again, AVOID AT ALL COST!
