"January 2024"

January 2024. I bought my new BMW 420d MSport this month and couldn't be happier. Adam and Aby were both fantastic from start to finish.
Originally I turned up unannounced after a long journey and was pleased to see the cars in stock were well cared for. I found the car I'd been wanting and again was really pleased how well looked after it was. Adam, I found very helpful and knowledgeable who took the time to talk with me regarding the car. His colleague Aby, showed me everything about the car and we had a test drive. It was perfect. I bought the car later that week and the process couldn't have been easier. Infact both Adam and Aby made it very enjoyable. I was even picked up from the nearest train station on the day I collected my car. Over the moon would be an understatement. Despite the car having 6 months still on the MOT, today I took it for a new MOT ,a Major Service and inspection at my own regular BMW garage just to be on the safe side, and the car was fine. No Advisories and everything in brilliant condition.
Adam, Aby, Thank you both for everything. It's been a pleasure and I will be back in the future. All the best Aby for your new arrival too 👍

Purchased an a45 and the people were very helpful friendly and put my mind at rest especially being autistic. My sister helped me with the paperwork but she knows nothing about cars.so the purchase went well until just a month after when squeeling from the brakes and had to take it in the local garage where new discs needed costing 600 pounds not covered by warranty. Then after 4 months engine warning light came on .over 1700 spent on repairs only 400 covered by warranty. Scs did pay a small amount towards the repairs but not all and in 5 months I've paid 1200 in repairs .the warranty is useless and scs would not cover the repairs in total and made it clear I was lucky they contributed anything .I wanted take the car back but they said I couldn't it's been 5 months .since all the repairs are now done I wanted to sell them the car back loosing me thousands but wanted it gone but after calls and messages and them not replying I have given up .this car has made me ill .I'm autistic so can't cope anymore will all the stress it has caused and I've been off work with my mental health if you know asd you will understand the stress from all this will cause and scs cars well friendly people but the car has been a disaster and will never deal with these again even though they won't answer my messages or calls.once sold you have had it .the warranty covers very little and this rac check dis not even see the brakes were knackered even Halfords didn't know how it passed an mot with those worn rusty discs which they showed me .this shows the cars they sell they have no idea if they are good or not but they say they are brilliant and all checks done and warranty will cover any problems this was a lie and its Because they have no idea if there cars are any good but they do know the warranty is awful do your reviews on rac warranty and the rac check forget it take someone with you to look at any car ! As for the peace of mind they say that the cars are covered if anything goes wrong that a lie and my mind is a mess and they took advantage of my mental health disability especially with my after sales treatment and like I said made me feel I was lucky when the treatment was awful and I'm now in debt with all the bills this car has cost me .sorry for the long review its my and kicking in but hope it warns or helps people think before they buy

This is unquestionably my best car buying experience ever, I saw the car on autotrader, and was very interested, there were so many pictures covering the entire car, inside and out. I saw that delivery was available and that I could hold the car with a deposit so I went for it, I was unable to complete the reservation due to some kind of technical issue, I left a message with the hope of a response, but due to past experience , my expectation was low, the next day I had a call from Zac, asking what he could assist me with, within minutes I had booked delivery... to South Wales! I was assured that the transaction would only need to be completed after a test drive and a satisfactory handover from the delivery guy, which for the record was a flat trailer delivery so no extra miles on the car! The delivery was flawless, service with a smile, the car was exactly as described, making me one happy buyer. Thanks a million!
