My TRT journey has been incredible so far it’s coming up to a year now March 12th and it’s transformed my life.

However, while there are many TRT clinics out there and yes the medication makes a huge difference I would not have felt so cared for had it not have been for the compassionate and person centred care delivered by both Dr Stevens and Dr Williams.

After years of struggling with low TRT symptoms, I finally decided it was time to take action. From all my research over the years, I knew TMHC was the place to go—and I’m so glad I made that choice.

Although it’s only been four weeks since my first injection, I felt compelled to leave a review about the exceptional service I’ve received so far. The entire team has been outstanding, and their support has made this journey seamless.

I started with an initial consultation call with Dr. Stevens, who was incredibly calm, approachable, and reassuring. He answered all my questions thoroughly and promised to take good care of me—which he absolutely has.

Next, I made the 600-mile round trip to Bournemouth for my 90-minute consultation with Dr. Williams, and it was worth every mile. Dr. Williams was fantastic—friendly, clear, and informative. The appointment actually only lasted around 45 minutes because everything was explained so efficiently, and I left feeling completely prepared.

Daily injections were something I was nervous about before, but it’s honestly been much easier than I expected. TMHC has provided all the guidance I needed, and the process has been smooth.

My first review is next week, but so far, so good—I can already feel the positive effects of TRT (and so can my Mrs!) 😂

The Men’s Health Clinic and Dr Robert Stevens gave me my life back and my wife her Husband back (her words).

I’ve been on treatment 2 years now and will never look back. I was at a point where I was completely burning out and the only thing that was keeping me going was discipline and that was starting to ebb away.

The initial care I got was from someone who just understood me, with just the right balance of telling me what I needed to hear not just what I wanted to hear.

Every time I speak to the doc it’s like we have just spoken the week before, he listens to my concerns and what I think is going on and advises me what to adjust accordingly. It’s always a two way street and more personal and conversational than any average doctor’s appointment.

The 1st 6 months of blood tests and appointments are worth the work and process to get dialled in to where you need to be.

"First class clinic"

After struggling with my overall health and being on TRT from the NHS for 10 years (with awful results) I stumbled across the Men's Health Clinic. Starting on their protocol I almost immediately got my levels in order and started to feel amazing for the first time in 10 years. The service and back up is first class. They also private Facebook group for patients which is fantastic. Furthermore, they also organise awe inspiring trips for patients. I have just returned from trekking to Machu Picchu and I am booked on 2 more next year! Truly a first class service all round
