The remote control that was initially sent did not work properly on one component. The employee immediately took this very seriously. The communication about this was great (friendly, constructive and extremely constructive). Together we looked for solutions. Eventually a new (slightly different) programmed remote control was sent that is perfect. Never experienced such good (customer) service. Completely satisfied with the way things went!

Leider funktionierten 2 gelieferte Fernbedienungen nicht. Dann wurden auch noch die Versandkosten nicht erstattet. Geht gar nicht. Wenn der Artikel nicht funktioniert, will ich auch die Versandkosten erstattet haben. PayPal hat es dann geregelt. Auf den Rücksendekosten blieb ich leider sitzen.
Schade......
