I ordered a wrong model of the remote control. As a result new remote didn’t work with my device. I send an email to the company and at once, they responded to my problem and immediately helped me program the remote control and it finally worked with my device.

Ik zocht een vervanging voor mijn kapotte afstandsbediening van de 10+ jaar oude airco. Mijn type was er natuurlijk niet meer, maar Ik kreeg van Vat goed advies over alternatieven, die wel op mijn airco zouden reageren. En dat klopte! De afstandsbediening heb ik in huis en de airco werkt weer.
Wat enigszins moeilijk ging, was het uiteindelijke betaalproces. Daar had ik wel chat-hulp bij nodig. En na wat veranderingen in mijn eigen pc-instellingen is dit gelukt.
