On the first time i didn't really felt a big difference, but when i adjust the fine tuning, the car changed completely. Awesome!

Overall very satisfied with the product and customer experience.
It was easy to find the right product for my car.
As I bought it through my company [VAT and shipment within EU], I had to contact them via e-mail, because the online shop does not provide this option. However, they have reasonably quick response times for emails, so no problem.
I can only praise the German pedantry, with which they have created the model specific installation manual. The kit included everything that was needed to install the hardware in the engine bay. And I can only recommend to read and follow the manual through the installation.
Did not do a dyno test to check the results, but I can definetly feel them. Not sure about the fuel consumption decrease, because I think I am a bit heavy footed at the moment and enjoying the power increase. Will see over time.
Also I recomend the phone app upgrade. Well worth the hassle of not opening the bonnet each time to rset the performance / economy ballance.

Fitted a race chip to my 2017 SLC300. Engine blew up at 30,000 mark. Benz wont cover warranty as the race chip GTS box was fitted. Race chip won't pay the warranty they advertise. Always some rubbish clause. They are full of excuses to why they won't honour the warranty
Very bad product and cost me over $15,000 for engine rebuild.

I struggle with people who are claiming no response or poor response from RACE CHIP . I had problems with my first chip after 6 months, sent it back and 2 weeks later a new unit arrived ..perfect..poor connector! bought a second unit and is absolutely brilliant,...two units has given 6 years of trouble free motoring....So to those who say Race chip did not deliver....check you courier...maybe some one stole it...because everything that Race Chip has sent to me in Australia from Germany has arrived..on time every time....THANK YOU RACE CHIP for making my two Hyundai I30's worth while driving.

Have a GTS Black and a XLR for my AMG C43 and they work perfectly well in combination. It got shipped from Germany, but it was as fast as US ground shipping.
