"Austausch eines defekten durch einen neuen RaceChip"

Ich hatte Probleme mit der Kommunikation des RaceChips. Dieser wurde kostenlos gegen einen neuen ausgetauscht. Das ging relativ schnell und einfach.

I feel I must leave a comment to help other decide. I recently fitted a RaceChip RS to me Fiat Ducato motorhome. Before installing it every little speed change or slight uphill required a gear change as things didn't appear to be in fully harmony regarding the power delivery. Well, now it's a real joy to drive this rather large and heavy vehicle. Much more response, low end torque is amazing and no reverberating "vibrations" from not wanting to do the work. Before the installation I contacted the customer service department by email. A swift reply was received confirming I had the correct product. The kit came with instructions which were clear, job is very easy and only involved finding the connector and fitting the harness plugs there. All went flawless! The RS box has 6ea settings and I did a short drive in each of them and selected the one that felt and appeared the best (6). I would recommend this company products for sure.

Echt een super verbetering in verbruik en motorvermogen en koppel. Is zeker de €249 waard.

My Audi A4 has 140 kW and 400 Nm (factory setting) ...but after installing RaceChip the car behaves better and the ride is amazing ...I recommend it

"Reprogramming only valid for 2yrs? Now have landfill plastic!"

Bought a GTS black for my car, Specifically bought GTS black version because it offered 1x free reprogramming as I like to change my car every 3yrs or so.
What I didn't know is buried in their terms and conditions it says that its only valid for 2yrs. Who changes their car in under 2yrs?

What makes it worse is that they are still selling the EXACT same model that I bought 3yrs ago yet they won't even let me pay for a file reprogram! So I now have a heap of plastic that has to go to landfill how good for the environment is that?

Racechip why on earth do you not offer paid reprogramming for current hardware? You are literally creating landfill once the product is over 2yrs old??

easy to install definitely get a power boost from the these boxs .its well noticeable on mine.i have basic box 5 settings on the box no app control.(app control should come standard) anyways.i have had it on highest setting (5) for 2.5 years and its never missed a beat.make sure car is well serviced (mines every 5k ) and dv valve is working properly to prevent turbo surge.also make sure the box is cable tied on somewhere hidden if you can.i used my own sticky pads first time round and in heat of summer it fell off down side of engine and i melted the racechip wires on something which stop engine from running.. i got new cable from racechip and fitted box properly with cable ties and made sure wires were routed properly and its been great ever since.i would recommend,its was less than 1/3 of the price than flash remap,slightly less power than remap but cars rapid.plus these are plug and play can remove it less than an hour.also still getting brill mpg.

Delivery of the RaceChip for my Mini Clubman F54 JCW ALL4 was a breeze!
Installation was well explained and I could do-it-myself.
After the installation, I could immediately notice the gain in fuel consumption.
Once the RaceChip started sdopting to the car, I noticed the power gains and most of all the lovely torque curve.
Great product for people who love to be in control of the power of your car -- highly recommend it!
