A close friend bought me a computer from this company, with a built-in dvd player. The player became faulty, but they immediately rectified this by having the machine picked up, the drive changed, and returned back in just a few days. In this day and age, where so many of the companies one deals with seem only interested in getting and keeping your money, it's so refreshing to come across one that is so 'above water', and which has such fabulous customer service. A real breath of fresh air. I highly recommend them.

Blackmore IT have sold me various items over the years, all of them have been in extremely good condition either like new or almost new in appearance. The only thing that lets them down from time to time is that refurbished machines often are shipped with the incorrect operating system on them to match their hardware keys. My most recent purchase was a perfect example, supplied with Windows 11 Home edition installed when the hardware key was for Windows 11 Pro which meant the machine had to be wiped and reloaded from scratch before it could be used. Such silly little things, if they were attended to prior to dispatching the goods, would have resulted in a five star review.

Starting Looking around Google etc. to replace my old PC, rang Blackmore IT and spoke to Darren, I told him I was interested in a refurbished PC as seen on their website . I'm 76 knew a bit about the spec I needed fo Windows 11, He could not be more helpful he spent nearly an hour with me so much I bought a PC what I needed for £125 with 6 months warranty, deliverd the next day.
