"Good for sustainable weight loss "
I did the diet only programme, as I already had a good routine for exercise at the gym, but was struggling with making adjustments with my food to help me lose weight. I stayed in the programme for 8 months, and I found it a really good way to help make changes in my lifestyle and create healthy habits. The meal plans were good, but the lenus app wasn't good for adding in other food, so it was hard to track calories within the app. I used my fitness pal to count other calories, when I used meals outside of the plan, but I couldn't import the recipes Tarn gave me into MFP, so this made it a bit of an arduous process (hence dropping the one star).
It's definitely helped me lose weight in a sustainable way, and help me keep it off, so would recommend that from a diet perspective.

"I started with Weight Loss with Tarn…"
I started with Weight Loss with Tarn early November after already experiencing another online coach. My first online coach didn’t understand me, communication was poor and she was setting unrealistic goals that didn’t suit my lifestyle. When I started with Tarn, I straight away noticed the difference of how much more she was suited for me and I already started to feel more confident that she would support me better. I’m proud of how well I am doing and it’s all thanks to Tarn! She’s provided full support and guidance throughout my journey so far. Tarn is a lady who has gone through a weight loss journey herself and I believe she fully understands me as a client and create plans that are suitable around my lifestyle. She communicates well and replies great! She provides weekly personalised feedback and also generic information which is useful. It’s a different topic weekly and you don’t realise how much you learn or didn’t know! I have Ramadan coming up soon and I’m so excited that she will tailor my plan even more to suit this. I would recommend Weight Loss with Tarn to any ladies that are struggling to stay accountable and need that extra push because Tarn will definitely keep you going and will push you to your desired goal!

Food is great. Always tasty and left me full. They were happy to change when asked and did it quick. I asked for less processed veggie meals.
Feedback and challenges are good. Get you out your comfort zone.

My steps and movement has increased and become a habit
Star dropped for workouts. I was used to lifting and advanced workouts so live never worked for me. They're too quick and can't hear over your own music. Exercisds not written out anywhere and they're done too quickly not slow and steady. Otherwise a lot of women enjoyed them. If you're a beginner to workouts it'll suit you fine. She does send you advanced workouts which were great.

I used her service last year signed up from dec 2023 to March 2024 waste of time checkins she’s expected us to check on Sunday but she never actually gave feedback on time or sometimes never she was excuses being. On holiday or unwell I really wouldn’t recommend she did agree to give a refund for two weeks but the whole thing was overall a waste of time

"One to one coaching (Not suitable for anybody that wants minimal interaction)"
One to one coaching and a vested interest by provider.
In depth feed back and support provided.
Not suitable for anybody that doesn't want that level of back and fourth interaction and just wants access to a plan. (lengthy - will be expected to feedback about food intake, well being, thoughts and feelings, weigh ins and full pics of body shape form etc on a weekly basis). (Which may feel repetitive for some).
Programme works if you follow the plan and maintain discipline with a variety of recipes (ask for a rotation of them as they can become repetitive if not switched up). Exercise routine is achievable on day to day basis. Advice given is supportive but alot of it is already available over the Internet and is based on general dietary knowledge given by experts.
Read the small print regarding the termination of contract and question this if you do not fully understand the rules or feel you are not being treated fairly to avoid paying out excess.
Note: lncentive of money off subscription fee is given if you write a review on trust pilot during your first two months of client programme. (I believe this option should be given later by the provider or after completion of contract to give a thorough, accurate and honest account of your experience - as you would with a tradesman).

"The best online coach I’ve ever had "
I’ve tried a few online personal trainers and never really felt like I was being listened to and the plans didn’t seem tailored to my lifestyle etc, then I came across weight loss with Tarn and I feel seen!! Tarn is also the most realistic online coach I’ve came across as well, even her her self is still going through her fitness journey and she is truly an inspiration. She explains everything so easily and makes everything so clear! Super happy I took the plunge to go with tarn! I highly recommend her to everyone!

"My journey with WLWT"
I started my WLWT journey in Nov 2023 and truely feel it was the best thing that I did at the end of 2023 - esp so close to xmas!! This programme has taught me to be mindful of my water intake - something i really struggled with, being consistent on my activity levels, and also with mindful eating.
Had I not joined WLWT I would have continued on the yo-yo path of weight up n down and not understanding the clear way of making good longterm healthy habits.
I'm almost coming to the end of my journey now but will truely miss Tarns support. Accountability is what worked for me, and getting Tarns weekly support with workouts, checkin guidance, complete food plans and education, were integral to my success on this journey.

"A Year With WLWT and No Regrets"
I discovered WLWT through Instagram and joined a year ago now. I signed up for a long-term plan as I knew this would be the most effective for me. At first I was sceptical about having an online PT as I thought it wouldn't be the personal experience I wanted but I was wrong.
The sign up process was really easy and before joining, Tarn made sure that we would both be a right fit for each other. A lot of time was spent getting to know me, what my day-to-day looks like and where I want to be with the help of the programme. Tarn herself is really personable and approachable, I always feel better about where I am after having a 1-2-1 session with her. Rani is also really good at tips and tricks to keep you accountable and on the right track.
I really like that the coaching is done through a dedicated app which stores all meal and training plans which are completely tailored to you. There's a chat function where you can communicate with Tarn and Rani directly and responses are fairly quick. The app also syncs up with other devices such as an Apple Watch. I would say it's like MyFitnessPlan but a lot more features to it.
The amount of support that you get is amazing and they make sure to keep you accountable too. I also love that this is a very South Asian female friendly programme. What I mean by this is that there's a shared understanding when it comes to the kinds of food we like to eat and how we can make small changes to traditional foods and still enjoy them/eat them as often.
It's great value for money if you're looking to create permanent habits and change the way you think about maintaining a healthy lifestyle :)

I love WLWT, Tarn is so kind and caring and responds to all messages personally. She will give you that push when you are struggling or having an off day but in a very caring way. She is so clever and shares so much knowledge when it comes to the body, weight loss, nutrition. Her programme also comes with workouts. I have lost almost 5kg so far and I have adopted so many healthy habits. My walking and water which I lacked on before is my new normal. I would highly recommend, super affordable too for what you are getting!
