"Amazing experience! "
I have been on the weightloss with Tarn for 6 weeks and have already lost 2.5kg while also enjoying life and social events. The plan is super sustainable and easy to follow and Tarn is available to answer questions when required. Meals are added to the plan and new meals can be requested as little or often as you like. There is a whatapp group and the ladies all support each other which makes the journey more enjoyable as you know you will have support ❤️

My whole outlook on weightloss has changed for the better because of Tarn! She’s amazing and she’s made this feel like such a positive experience. I’ve tried to loose weight so many times but this is so different to other well known programs. Tarn has tailored my journey to me and my lifestyle. "WLWT Journey So Far…"
My journey so far… it has been amazing! I am only 3-4 weeks into the programme, but feel immensely supported by Tarn.
I have been set realistic goals which are followed up on - other programmes I have been apart of - give me the information I need and I have no accountability allowing me to slack. With Tarn there are weekly check ins and also the goals set she requires proof- this pushes you to meet those targets.
No matter how silly a question like “do I need to calorie count my tea/coffee” she is always answering them. She has several guides on what to do in certain situations and available at any point. This is helpful as then I am able to go look for that advice out of hours.
I have detailed meal plans and exercise plans- these are helpful and easy to follow.
Tarn has been great support and easy to talk to! Giving examples of her own journey, making us believe we can do it and giving us support the whole way! I have not come across any better yet!
I look forward to the rest of our journey!

I started this week - the support I have got from Tarn is amazing. The diet plan was sent and tailor made to my likes and dislikes. I am a vegetarian so it is difficult but Tarn has sent me over a plan which looks delicious.

A completely refreshing take on fitness and nutrition. I’ve been on many diets trying to lose weight and then very quickly gain whatever I’ve lost. Tarn has a refreshing approach to all this. She begins with developing basic healthy habits which seem small but actually make a world of difference. Unravelling a lot of the bad habits I’ve developed over time.
Amazing so far and looking forward to achieving so much more.

This coach is real and has experienced and battled all the fad diets going. She is inspiring and has educated herself and now sharing that education about balance and not beating yourself up so bad.
I’m learning still and Tarn helps whip me into action again when my negative mind takes over.
Sets you realistic but challenging goals each week if you want and keeps you in check!
The workouts at home are fab and taught me it’s not about how long your in the gym it’s consistently doing something into your daily routine.

"Changing lifestyle!"
Since joining WLWT it has been super insightful and a great way to tackle my weight loss!! Tarn has been super approachable and supportive along the way and the meal plans and food are so so good! From the fitness to getting steps in I feel a lot more active and willing to do more out of my comfort. It’s more of a lifestyle change and balancing out the good and bad days. I love how it’s super flexible and super personalised!!
