I've been coaching with Tarn from Weightloss with Tarn for the past 4 weeks, and the journey has been incredibly enjoyable. It hasn't felt like a restrictive diet at all. The food options have been amazing, and I haven't felt the need to snack off plan. I've even stopped having my weekly takeaways!
I feel less bloated and I am starting to see changes in my body, and especially in how I feel. I'm motivated to go to the gym, and I love how her plan focuses on building habits gradually rather than implementing everything at once.
It took me a while to start this plan, but now I wonder why I ever waited! I would highly recommend Tarn as a coach! đź’—

I needed to be held accountable and this does just that. I have been with Tarn a couple of months now and have already lost weight, clothes are fitting better, I'm making better food choices and creating better habits for myself. The support she gives is incredible, I really couldn't do this without her. From nutrition to exercise she has u every step of the way.

I have recently joined Weightloss with Tarn and all I say it was so such an easy journey to begin in, everything you need is in your app, love everything about the app. The meal plans even are so quick and easy. On day 3 and already feel good.

"My journey with Tarn "
My journey with Tarn , has been an experience. I have to say I didn’t realise how much there was to weight loss. Tarn has not only provided tips and meals plans , she has even given a whole eduction into the things that impact your weight loss journey. I am not where I need to be but I was told when I signed up it would not be a quick win , especially if I wanted to keep the weight off. She doesn’t offer weight lost in two week but what she does offer is a whole change to lifestyle and mindset. This is the longest I have stuck to something like this, because it for me it is sustainable. I feel in a much better place than when I started a few months ago, I didn’t realise how big I had gotten, and my clothes from last year are loose. Thank you Tarn!

I joined Weight Loss With Tarn back in December and it’s honestly been the best decision, I have ever made. My mindset, health and relationship with food has changed and has become better. It has impacted my life in such a positive way and has helped me make choices that are better for me. I also don’t beat myself up if I’ve had the odd chocolate, as I know tomorrow is a new day and a new chance to make an impact no matter how big or small.
Tarn support has meant the world and has honestly helped me come out of a stage, where I felt like I was in a bottomless pit. Can’t recommend Weight Loss With Tarn enough. x 🥰

I have never had a coach before so have nothing to compare this experience to directly, but I have tried plenty ways to try to lose/maintain weight and develop healthier consistency; paid and unpaid. I have been with WLWT for over 6 months now and plan to continue for abit longer. Initially only committed to 4 months due to the cost but found I wanted to stay for longer because of the benefits and the cost justifying the means and realising it's actually appropriately priced. Now let's talk benefits, my surprisingly biggest success has been my mindset which in turn has helped me lose weight and then the sense of community and support I have felt a part of. I feel Tarn's regular check ins help me feel accountable, although sometimes I do feel the feedback isn't always as specific to my check in sometimes and more an overview. During on boarding I felt abit confused but fairly quickly understood how it all worked, the whatsapp group with everyone helped. Tarn's no sh**ts given approach was exactly what was needed for me to overcome my excuses and repriortise my actions to fit my goals. Overall I would recommend this programme to anyone looking for support, accountability, community and a mindset shift to living a healthier balanced life that just automically gives you success in your weight loss goals. Since starting this programme the confidence boast I have got is like when I was at uni and training twice a day and eating completely clean, and I get that all and the benefits without all of that extra pressure because it's become second nature.

I’ve been on this journey with Tarn for a little over three months.
I have to say Tarn has been an incredible mentor and someone who has been empathetic and supportive. During my time on this journey I’ve seen how easily I was able to adapt to the new plan and meals and if I needed any changes or amendments, she would be flawless in providing those changes.
I know I’ll have a few meals of hers which are going to be staples of mine when I end my time with her but I’m incredibly grateful for the time with her and I can’t wait to see how much more change I can make over the coming months.

"Best decision I could have made"
I’ve been gyming for a while and not seeing the results I’ve wanted to see and I came across Tarn’s page many times on Instagram and put off joining so many times until one day I decided forget it I’m going to join and it was the best decision I’ve made!!! Tarn has been so welcoming and supportive. I’m getting married next year and I want to be the best version mentally and physically of myself and Tarn really understands and caters for each and every individual. She really supports and motivated you throughout your experience and when you feel like your giving up and reminds you that she’s there and believes in you which really keeps you going. I have seen so many differences in my mindset and my body I’ve only been training with Tarn for 6 weeks but the changes in my mindset and understanding of nutrition has really changed my thinking towards weight loss and the fact that it’s not just about losing weight and being slim it’s about all the other benefits that come along the way. I feel much stronger more confident and my skin is better than ever and I have always struggled with bad skin! If you haven’t already or are in 2 minds about joining, let all them thoughts go and join now for a better version of you. The more you put it off the longer you’ll lead yourself to have an unhealthy lifestyle. Again as mentioned it was the BEST decision for me!!!
