The girl has been nothing short of useless for me when dealing with my tax refund. Asked me for 36 months of bank statements which I have sent 1 but she cannot save a picture despite asking for a photo? How?

The whole process is becoming a lot more stressful than it needs to be and it just makes swift refunds a completely incompetent company. I’m now being asked for mileage reports and job cards and swift has threatened me with a £700 fine if I don’t send them in before Boxing Day. I’ve sent them in and heard they haven’t even reviewed everything else I’ve sent. Absolute morons this lot are
