Poor service from beginning to end. They sent so many texts about contacting them urgently which caused some anxiety for me. Then when I called they were unapologetic about the texts. There was an issue regarding a past claim which my previous insurance company were still dealing with which I had informed them about many times but to no avail. This caused me to think they were not the company for me so I cancelled. Just waiting for them to reimburse my money
