Highly recommend Richard Kendall and in Particular Amanda Holt who has been brilliant throughout the whole process, she is both friendly and professional and has kept me updated weekly. The process has been so smooth, there is an online tracker which means you know what is happening at all times and I would certainly use them again for any future sales. Thank you.

"The Estate Agent"

We had to sell our property in Ossett while living in a different part of the country with all the problems that entails but the task was made easier for us because of Mandy Bennett of the Ossett office.

Whatever problem we had Mandy rose to occasion and sorted it out without any fuss. We couldn't have asked for a more capable person to organize the selling of our house. We needed someone to maintain the garden, she found someone for us. As the house was empty we needed someone to check the house and heating on a regular basis, she organized that for us. Nothing was above or beyond the call of duty, she even liaised with the buyers on our behalf as we weren't around.
She was always professional as well as being lighthearted and humorous and was a delight to talk to.
