Firstly, thank you, Chloe,Molly & David!
I ran a small sole trader company last year 23/24 and knew i had my tax assessment this year! Scary! I tried to youtube how to videos.. and more stress i felt. I called help box and spoke with molly who was so happy to take on my accounts even though I hadn't earned so much but still over the tax bracket. I then spoke with chloe who helped talk me through all the details needed. Wow! I was so shocked how smooth this process was with THEIR help! Very much needed! They made the whole process so much easier and I never stressed once! 😅. When I decide to go back self employed I'm using helpbox! (Not paid for this ad🤣) they just take the stress and worry out of doing tax assessments! Thanks again all! Tax paid! I can sleep easily now!

Worked with Helpbox for coming up two years now. I have to say that initially there were some challenges around communication. It was coming from multiple people and I found that quite confusing.

I shared my concerns and to their credit they rolled out the single point of contact plan not only for me but for what looks like all their clients too. They adapt and improve consistently and you can't ask for more than that.

A special mention to Chloe, who has been beyond helpful and always has a great ability to manage literally anything I throw at her.
