Helpbox were given my details by an accountant comparison site. Within 5 minutes of me submitting my details I have 2 missed calls, 3 text messages, 2 voicemails and an email - I have never been harassed by a company so aggressively nor so quickly. Without even investigating the company further, I can be sure I will never use them with these kind of bombarding sales tactics.

"Where do i even start"

Where do i even start. Help box were my accountants for just under a year, within this period communication was terrible.

The company i initially hired them to do the accounts on was dissolved, i contacted them to terminate the agreement and never heard back, they continued to do the accounts and payroll for a company that didn't exist and try and charge me for it

Every time i reached out i didn't hear back. I was also issued with a penalty from HMRC for late filing of a self assessment whilst Helpbox were my accounts and never got a response as to why this was

Still to this day i am having issues with them. They are now threatening me if i don't pay the invoices which are for services provided after i terminated thee contract.

Terrible service all round, i would avoid this compant at all costs.
