We are a new, very small business with no previous experience in company accounting, how to pay ourselves as directors or filing a corporation tax return. The team have been very helpful from the outset, from the straightforward onboarding, requesting the relevant information to doing our actual accounts and helping to make the tax burden is as low as possible within the rules. The team are so friendly and helpful, explaining things when we’re not understanding the numbers. They also as a company give lots of clear guidance in easy to digest formats and for those who don’t have accounting software provide a template spreadsheet that we input all our financial transactions into and they used that to generate our company accounts. They’re also great at sending out reminders for things we need to do, which has been extremely useful!
Very happy so far with the service, which seems good value for money. Thanks to Ash, Chloe, Oliver, David and Isabelle.

Have not been with the company for long, but I am so happy with them so far and pleasantly surprised with the service I have received. There’s always someone that can sort out any queries on the spot. No being fobbed off or waiting for a call back. Nothing is too much trouble and it’s all explained in a clear way that a non accountant can understand. So far they have sorted out my complex VAT (including registration) and accounts with no problems or dramas. Pricing is clear and fair with no hidden surprises. I have even had calls just to see if everything is ok and if there is anything I need help with. I’m looking forwards to the next stages once the VAT is finalised. After speaking to many other accountants that claimed to do VAT, and being quoted silly prices with hidden extras from the ones that actually replied, these were the only ones that actually helped me before I was a client. Now they are the only firm that I would recommend for sorting out accounts and VAT.
