My order was inexplicably sent to Pakistan; something to do with the auto-fill address at checkout and probably not Rococo's direct fault. However, any person with half a brain could have seen that '10 Tudor Drive Otford' was not a Pakistani address and yet no-one thought to contact me to check or even question the order. So... the package is now floating around somewhere in South Asia and it cost me £90 for shipping. Customer services was no help either.

Your products were delicious and much appreciated by the recipient but the two products were delivered separately by two couriers which is very wasteful in these environmentally conscious days

I ordered my chocolates weeks before Easter following my last experience where eggs came damaged. This time l ordered safer items and half the order came but not the other , DESPITE Roco saying every day that they could deliver to all of us by the next my continual emails were ignored and then Maya replied late on Maundy Thursday by which time it was too late!! Rococo, once again you have let a loyal customer down and you think it’s ok to not have a phone line set up and ignore your customers- please get your act sorted and consider that profit and customer service are both important
