I bought a refurb monitor. It came with broken tabs that held the hood on. I contacted and they were very good about replacing. I decided to keep because the color was great. I would give a 5 but their quality control was definitely lacking on this refurb.

If there was 0 starts I would’ve picked that. I ordered the item on Christmas Eve and yes they were backed up on stock but at least answer your customer service phone. I ended up receiving the item on January 15. I didn’t get no update on my shipment or delivery. I only received a confirmation email from them. I tried calling customer service numerous times but the phone would ring till it stops and nobody picks up. I emailed them and weeks later received an email about my order cancellation and refund after I had given up on them and disputing the charges through my bank.

I purchased BenQ SW320 monitor from BenQ Direct on Dec 16th. It arrived a little later than expected (12/27), but I opted for slow shipping option so I'm fine with that. Unfortunately within 1.5 days of usage (12/28) the backlight started to malfunction. Part of the screen would get dark after approximately 15 minutes (so much for color/brightness uniformity...). Cycling power restored normal operation but issue persisted. I called BenQ Customer Service and got the RMA#. I sent monitor back on 12/29 and haven't heard from BenQ since. It has now been 1/15, almost a month from when I purchased it, with a total hands on experience with it of 1.5 days. I contacted BenQ last week to check the status and I was told there were some system issues and now there is a backlog delaying the RMAs, but replacement monitor should be shipping by today. Well, I still haven't seen a single email acknowledging receipt of defective unit or any status update yet alone tracking number for the replacement unit. I'm keeping my fingers crossed, but I've lost the hope I will be seeing SW320 anytime soon.
I have to say person I talked to at CS who provided me with RMA was very nice and understanding, but the process and experience or exchanging a defective product was, and still is, sub par. With minimal delay on my side BenQ Direct is taking weeks to provide replacement unit. While I don't have a crystal ball to predict how this will end I don't have a warm feeling about this purchase and how this will end. I'm surprised to have this sort of experience with the high end monitor so i will continue keeping my fingers crossed.

Made an order for a monitor Dec 23rd, 2017 (#BDU30878). Order showed as "processing" for over 2 weeks with no updates from support, despite contacting multiple times via phone, email and chat. Order was finally received Jan 12th; however, the monitor was non-operational. The stand would not twist lock into the base and 240Hz was unable to be locked in via both HDMI 2.0 and Display ports. Now I have to wait for an RMA. It should not take over a month to get a properly working product, considering the reputation BENQ has for their quality.
