"Wonderful BenQ customer service!!!!!"

I currently already own 6 Benq projectors, but wanted to upgrade my 5 year old W770ST. To that end, I bought a refurbed projector (HT2150ST) from Benq Direct to try to save a little dough. The HT2150ST projector looked perfect; no scratches or anything to be seen. It almost looked new. And I’m sure there was absolutely nothing wrong with it mechanically. To my eye, the images and colors just didn’t look any better than my W770ST. So I immediately called them up to tell them my feelings (“why should I spend $750 for it to not be an improvement over my current projector?”) and the rep on the phone apologized, and with no hassle, sent me a free shipping label to return it. About 5 days later my money was refunded to my PayPal account. So, I’d give BenQ Direct 5 Stars for amazing customer service! I’m still a big Benq fan, and thoroughly enjoy my many home theatre setups using their projectors!

"Good phone experience poor follow up."

The experience with the team member on the phone was very good. However I have been trying to return a lamp for sometime. We purchased the wrong size. The representative indicated that I would be able to return the lamp and promised to send me the return info/ labels in an email. This has not happened. I am still waiting. They did verify my purchase on the account and said that there would be no problems returning it. ---- I have yet to receive the return info.

Monitor was recognized by Linux Ububtu 16.04 with no problems. it is paired with a PNY P600 video card using the display port and looks great!

"There is a broken pixel on the screen- Replaced Monitor"

There is a broken pixel on the screen. I've called the customer service line twice with no response. I am very disappointed at this point regarding the service response. I would expect that a quality organization with a terrific reputation would want to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

*Update: BenQ reached out to me and got the issue resolved by replacing the Monitor. I think buying Outlet is great, as long as the company stands behind the product. BenQ has done just that. They'll get my business again!

Great service desling direct, can easily get help on the phone to dispelll bad information found on the internet in questions and reviews. Easy set up and the puck is intuitive. Screan looks great! This is the 32 inch model.
