"I ordered a replacement remote control …"

I ordered a replacement remote control and it was shipped to my home address. The replacement did not work. I called to tell them and they shipped a replacement to the business address and it was unable to be delivered so it was returned.

I ended up having an electronic technician repair the original remote.

"Experience of purchasing the projector …"

Experience of purchasing the projector bulb was fine. I used the website and the bulb arrived promptly. However, there’s something apparently wrong with the projector itself and I called about returning the bulb and getting a refund. The gentleman on the phone was friendly and told me that within a few hours I should receive an email with instructions and a shipping label for returning the bulb. Now about 3 days later I still haven’t received the email, which will necessitate another call to the customer service department.

"Shopping at Benq Outlet and Benq HT2150st"

It was a great experience to shop directly from Benq Outlet. I got help in every step of my order. I made order by mistake and the support was very helpful in correcting the situation immediately.
Helpful, professional and friendly support.
I highly recommend Benq outlet for your future related purchases.

Then I bought the projector that I want from the start which is the Benq HT2150st and it is one of my best purchases ever.
The projector arrived well packaged and in excellent condition.
This is my 3rd BenQ projector in as many years - not because they've broken or have let me down, but because of my changing needs I upgrade yearly.
BenQ is a brand I trust above all others, and whose picture quality is unparalleled at this price point. Starting with the W1070 in late 2014, then upgrading to the HT1085ST when I moved to a smaller apartment but wanted to have a big screen, and now to theHT2150ST . Although I've always been impressed with the picture quality, each iteration I've purchased has improved subtly on the previous design.
Fan noise was quite high in the W1070 despite the same dBa output (because I was much closer to it), and is very reduced down to a hum with here. Its much larger (25%) size footprint and larger fan account for this difference. I have the space to deal with the larger footprint, but some might take this as a negative. As fan noise is a much greater worry, this design choice was fully justified in my opinion.
I look forward to BenQ's upcoming affordable 4K offerings, as I'm starting to see from some of their competitors (e.g. Optoma UHD60 and UHD65), and am very likely to buy a 4K short throw variant from BenQ next year. I highly recommend a) the entire BenQ range, and b) specifically the HT2150ST.

"Bad shipment delay & zero communication"

Placed my order on Dec 29, and my monitor didn't ship until Jan 9. The website says items normally ship within 2-3 days of placing an order. I never received an email or any communication whatsoever notifying me of a shipment delay. The only way i found out was because there was a random notification in small text on the benqdirect website saying there might be shipment delays from their warehouse.

"I ordered a monitor on December 28th"

I ordered a monitor on December 28th, today is January 18th (3 weeks later) and I still show that my order is "processing". The money was already pulled from my account, and I have not seen any evidence that my order went anywhere. On January 2nd I asked if it was possible to get a tracking number. On January 4th (a week after the order was made) I contacted them again concerned that they ran out of stock on the monitor that I ordered, there were very few left in stock when I ordered.on January 5th I got a reply telling me that the warehouse was on Holiday so they could not contact me back quickly and the reason for the delay in shipping, the monitor was ready to be shipped now though. I have sent them 2 more emails asking for a status update (my order still shows that it is "processing") on the 12th and 17th of January. I still don't have any update, shipping notice, tracking number, or monitor, even though my money was pulled on Dec 28th.

"Monitor was exceptionally well …"

Monitor was exceptionally well packaged. Screen is flawless with no bad pixels or anything. One great thing about their customer service was the monitor stand was missing an important screw that securely held the monitor to the stand. I emailed support and about 5 days I received a small letter addressed to "a very special person" with the screw. Great service would but again.
