I contacted Robert at BenQ and he promptly sent me a prepaid shipping label and sent me replacement monitor that didn't have any issues. Robert was very prompt when I called him multiple times during this period. I really liked the customer service and I would highly recommend this company to anyone without any reservation.

I bought a projector from them and within a month the buttons start to respond less and less. Remote is also behaving the same way. O called the customer care and waited more than 30 min several times. I gave up hope with them and going to start a dispute with my credit card company. Funniest part was when I dialed their sales department, they picked up within 5 seconds.

I bought my BenQ projector (ht1075) a year and a half ago approximately. My bulb exploded (yes, exploded) one night while watching Netflix. I ordered a new bulb/housing directly from BenQ (pricier, but worth IMO, keep reading to find out why). When the bulb/housing arrived I put it in the projector and it was still shutting off with the error codes exclaiming "overheating"; probably from the bulb exploding and bits of glass all up inside the projectors sensitive bits. Just outside my warranty window, I was worried I'd have to pay a hefty amount to get it repaired. I called up BenQ and they told me that because I had bought my bulb from them, and they like to take care of folks who buy BenQ bulbs, that they would RMA and fix it! Needless to say I was floored. I sent it out and within 3 days (and a weekend) it was back on my doorstep and woking like it was brand new! (I *think* I even noticed an improvement in picture quality and color clarity).
I couldn't be happier with BenQ support and am glad I spent my money with them. I will be continuing to buy their products and recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality projector.
