BenQ BL2711U 27" 4K UltraHigh Definition IPS Monitor 100% sRGB (Refurbished) is great... picture amazing, no dead pixels... there is one problem with the screen that sometimes it blinks or on one part of the screen, I can see some vertical stripes for a second... it is very, very rear but happened a few times for last two weeks. It might be the fault of my graphic card since I was using regular Intel integrated graphics. I just bought new Radeon RX560 so I will see if the problem appears. But... trust me, it is great 4k monitor and I am not going back to HD resolution ever again. Oh, did I mention that the monitor is great for coders? The font is crisp clear... Low Blue Light setting is great for your eyes, matte screen reflects almost no light, the smart reminder is super feature and the ECO sensor is just brilliant...

"Great quality replacement bulbs!"

You get what you pay for! After the factory bulb literally exploded in our BenQ w1070 Theater room projector we purchased a generic one off Amazon. It was dull and had to warm up and stopped working after 4 months. Called BenQ customer service they directed us to their website and part # we needed. We paid the extra for the high quality bulb and it showed up packaged great and definitely showed quality. After about 5min of just unplugging the old one installing the new bulb(which was simple) it came back to life. The picture is so much better and the brightness was unreal. We can now watch the projector with windows open and lights on and no problem. Save the $$$ get the BenQ bulb and enjoy HDTV the was it should be seen.

I had an issue with a refurbished monitor I received. Model BL3201PH. Big 32 inch with high resolution 4k screen. I could not get the power to work. Just did not start. Seemed a mystery as it was hooked up correctly. The help desk was fast and responsive. I received a replacement monitor in just a few days. The new one works great. The picture quality is really good. When installing the replacement I discovered the problem with the first monitor was that my electric supply power strip had stopped working on one side (but not the other). So the first monitor likely worked as well if I had figured that out earlier. I like that the monitor can pivot from landscape to portrait viewing angle.
