Like the product and customer service was excellent. Only reason I did not give them 5 stars was that the monitor I ordered had to be manually switched to the port you wanted to use. For example, if you plugged in the HDMI cord it would not recognize that cord until you manually switched the monitor to HDMI. Not a huge deal but took me a sec to figure out.

I cannot say enough about the support I received. I ordered one monitor, had issues setting it up, called, and was walked through step -by-step on what to do. I ended up returning the monitor because it was too big for my needs. However, I turned around and purchased a smaller monitor and couldn't be happier.
BenQ monitors are great quality and value. Did I mention the great support?

Very happy and surprised the image quality is good even just projecting on the wall(tan color wall paint). But after projecting on new screen i.e. Black Diamond Zero edge. Wow,wow + wow... Never will go back top a conventional tv again/ 110" image compared to standard 65/75 r even 85 no comparison. Finally BenQ HT3050 color REX 709 really is fa-nominal ! Stunning image quality.. "Happy Customer"

"This was the worst purchase experience …"
This was the worst purchase experience I've had. First, I started on Google's website to purchase a Jamboard. Google verified everything, but at the last step asked for consent to pass my info to BenQ for order processing. I agreed. Immediately, I started getting SPAM from BenQ, but nothing about the order for Jamboard I just placed. Several weeks went by, then I looked through the BenQ SPAM I had gotten (but obviously had ignored), and one of SPAM looking emails was about the order. It didn't say much, other than my login information to BenQ. Why I would need this login info, I had no idea, until I finally logged in. Turns out, the order was not complete. Tried to complete the order with their Amazon Pay, but it didn't work and then it wouldn't let me pay by normal credit card because it was in "Amazon Pay" mode. Logged out, logged back in, and finally was able to finish the order by credit card.
Jamboard arrived, we got it setup and activated. Then I received an email from BenQ that Google does not recognize our account as valid because we are on a grandfathered Free account (we've been Gmail customers for nearly 10 years and back then the G-Suite was Free, so we still have a free account). Now, they expected us to upgrade our account to paid just to use the $6,500 Jamboard we had just bought.
Worst.Experience.Ever.
Super disappointed in Google.

This is my second Ben Q Monitor. Is it the BEST Monitor?!? Probably not. Is it the BEST MONITOR that does not cost you an arm and a leg? Without a doubt. You can beat a Ben Q based upon Price+Quality+ and Reliability.
