Ordered a Jamboard on May 29. It's now June 20th and we still haven't been able to hook it up due to receiving broken/damaged parts. I understand this might happen, but the company should make good by sending the replacement parts either overnight or 2nd day delivery.

The monitor I ordered arrived pretty quickly. While I got a refurb, it arrived in great condition (no physical signs of wear) and works perfectly. I'd highly recommend going the refurbished route for a monitor. As a side note, the delivery (done via FedEx) did require a signature for the package, so keep that in mind.

Using it for a golf simulator. Does everthing I wanted it to do. Picture quality is excellent considering my impact screen is made of white polyester. Also using a lesser resolution, 768-1024, which is recommended for my program, along with a 4:3 aspect ratio. Very versatile unit with great bulb saving features.
