"Bulb replacement"

Ordered a replacement bulb for my HT1075 directly from BenQ web site. Item was received and packaged well. When I opened the box I noticed that the bulb was not secured to the housing. I inspected the old bulb and noticed that the new one was missing 2 metal brackets. I had to remove the brackets from the old unit and use on the new one. Not something I should have to do on a $250 part.

I've had the monitor for about a month now. It's my first purchase from BenQ. The only hiccup I had was that I'd need to be home to sign for it. As a result, I needed to pickup the monitor from FedEx since I wouldn't be available, though if I were in BenQ's position I completely understand needing someone to physically receive it.

The features of the monitor are great, the quality is the best I've had in a monitor to this point, and it's allowed me to have both a better home work space and gaming space. My only possible regret is not having bought a 2nd.

The order was handled perfectly, the monitor was shipped with great packaging and best of all it worked as expected with my laptop via an HDMI connection at the stated resolution. The clarity of the monitor is exceptional. The only thing negative I have noticed in the small time that I have been able to test is that there seems to be some minute flashing when viewing video on the screen but I will need more time to examine this further once I get my battery issue resolved on my PC. So far I feel like this was a great purchase.
