Escribo esta reseña para expresar mi insatisfacción con Travelfrom y su servicio de atención al cliente con respecto a la compra de billetes de avión realizada esta mañana. Reservé un vuelo de MADRID a DUSSELDORF con IBERIA, y hasta ahora, no he recibido ninguna confirmación sobre los billetes de avión.

"Attente remboursement depuis 2020 annulation COVID..."

Annulation d'un vol paris Montréal le 26 juin 2020, depuis je ne fais qu'enchainer les demandes de remboursement d'un avoir que je ne voulais pas et qui n'est plus valide. Faites quelque chose, aucune réponse aux mails, air france ne fait que me renvoyer vers vous et vous ne faites rien en retour, silence radio ou mail automatique me disant de faire les démarches sur votre site, chose qui ne fonctionne pas. C'est une pure escroquerie, faites moi mentir.

Travelfrom are really crooks, I booked my plane tickets with them for New York for an amount of 997 eur, to take my son to whom I promised that I would take him for his graduation last year, and there I am called the next day to tell me that the company is unable to print my tickets ! for an unknow reason and that they even don't know why obviously...Yeah Right...., I even come to wonder if it is really a travel agency or thieves behind a computer who rip off poor people, frankly it's shameful!
but i have strong relationships and if I do not get refunded in the deadline they gave me, I will take the international court and make sure they never scam anybody again

Efectivamente todos los comentarios son verdad, me ha ocurrido lo mismo, compras el billete, te lo cancelan pero después de 5 días el dinero sigue retenido, y encima tienes que escuchar que es tu banco el que no desbloquea el dinero. Alguien me puede indicar si realmente se consigue recuperar el dinero??

Compré unos billetes el hace 4 días y no he recibido confirmación alguna, sin embargo el cargo en la tarjeta sí que lo han realizado. En el apartado de Mi Cuenta en la web no aparece y no hay forma de recuperar la información incluso teniendo el código de reserva que me proporcionó Travelfrom. Les he enviado un correo hoy, a ver cuando lo contestan...

Vaya experiencia más horrible. No vuelvo a utilizar esta plataforma en mi vida.
