This is a good company. They stocked the part, they have good, helpful videos. They sent it quickly and it even came with in depth instructions on how to fit it. This was really very helpful. However, even though I followed all the instructions and replaced the part, put everything back together properly etc., it didn’t solve my shower problem and it’s now just exactly the same as it was before I changed the part. I probably need a new shower. It was worth a try though. A plumbers merchant suggested I change this part, and gave me the part number after they phoned Aqualisa for me. Aqualisa would not reply to me personally. Now I need a proper plumber for a new shower, probably.
