In October I purchased a cow hide, which had a hole in it, city cows agreed it was defective and asked that I return for a refund and they would cover the cost of the return. I'm still waiting! If you receive a damaged item or wish to return it for some reason, be prepared to pay for the return, the customer service is extremely poor, you will NOT receive a response.
