We are selling our house and needed a rug for the next day I phoned the guy on the phone asked which rug I gave him the numbers he said order it online I’ll start packing it now you’ll get it tomorrow and I did a big thank you city cows great service

Sent the wrong item now won't respond to me. The rug is grey and I ordered a brown and white cow hide rug, despite emails and numerous phone calls no body calls back and no response to email. Now raised a dispute with Paypal so I can get a refund. Very disappointing customer service - wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing.

"City Cows owe refund money."

Bought quite a few rugs from City Cows and liked them all except one, it just wasn't right for the space. Messaged Nick amd he said to return it and he would refund my money (almost £900). I sent it by courier and know they received the rug, it's back up for sale on their website. However, that was TWO months ago and despite many calls/messages, I have not been refunded. I am really frustrated with the lack of decency shown by this company.
*The reply, below, posted by City Cows states that my credit card has been refunded and this just isn't true.
