I bought 2 sheepskin fluffy footstools which I was extremely pleased with. One of them had a problem with one of the screw in legs. This was quickly dealt with and a replacement footstool was sent. I also bought 2 large sheepskin rugs which I am also pleased with. Good products, good value, good customer care.

No refund in over a month and chased more than 5x, with 3x calls to them today!
I bought sheepskin gloves in January. Umfortunately they weren't what I expected, wanted as I was replacing some I'd lost. I used City Cows because of their no nonsense refund guarentee. Well I could not have had an experience further from their own advertising. I call, am told it's being processed and then nothing. I even used recorded delivery for the return so they have had it since 19th January.
Be weary with this company - their customer service and refunding system isn't good or efficient
