Delivered on time but hide had a few holes and while the size promised was 135cm x 110cm, what actually turned up was 110cm x 90cm? That I believe is only about 65% of the promised area! A bit misleading but I need it for a shoot tomorrow so no time to haggle. It was on sale! Maybe that had something to do with it. Other than that looks nice but reading the instructions a bit more delicate than I thought. Advertised as a floor rug in front of a fire but instructions say that's the last thing you should do unless you want it to shed! Sales, sales, sales, check before you buy!

An update on delivery day would have been helpful otherwise prompt service online. Would have preferred better packaging when delivered as not protective for a delicate item.

I came across City Cows whilst searching for sheepskin gloves. I recently purchased a pair in size small, colour camel as they were at a good price and I liked the style.
I found communication excellent and delivery was very quick. The gloves are exactly as described on the website and are of a lovely quality. I am happy with my purchase and look forward to wearing them come winter. This is the first time I have brought anything from this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

Awful service! I ordered a cowhide rug but the one that arrived was much smaller and a completely different pattern. I have tried contacting them by contact form and two different email addresses to explain the problem and ask for it to be exchanged for the correct one, but I haven’t even had as much as an acknowledgment. I then tried calling them and they don’t answer the phone. I have now had to resort to trying to resolve the situation through my credit card company. Mistakes happen but a good company can be measured by how they deal with the mistakes, Citycows appears to have no interest in resolving issues, avoid this company!
